Identity Protection Program

Data breaches and security threats are all too real. Anyone can face unexpected threats in their digital life. This benefit helps protect against identity theft by monitoring your digital footprint.  Should you experience a breach, the program includes a team that can help you manage the fallout and protect you from financial losses.

Eligibility & Enrollment

Available to all regular full-time employees through Allstate. You can enroll in identity protection as a new hire, during the fall Annual Enrollment, or in conjunction with a qualified life event.

The Family Plan provides coverage for spouses/domestic partners, kids and teens who live with you and depend on you financially. There are additional coverage options to help you support senior family members that covers parents, in-laws, and grandparents, and includes specialized scam support.

How it Works

Comprehensive identity and financial data monitoring

Data monitoring helps prevent identity theft before it happens. Here’s how:

  • Digital Footprint, Allstate’s proprietary privacy tool, shows where your data lives online and how it might be exposed
  • Allstate Security Pro delivers updates and education on scams relevant to you
  • Identity Health Status gives you at-a-glance insight into your risk
  • Dark web monitoring
  • Social media account takeover monitoring
  • Robocall and ad blocker

Breach remediation services

In the event of a data breach or identity theft, Allstate Insurance has a dedicated team that will work with you to correct a breach on your behalf.

This coverage includes a $1 million insurance policy that covers fraud-related losses such as stolen bank or 401(k) account funds or fraudulent tax returns.
