Welcome to your Gallagher  benefits enrollment. As part of the Gallagher team, this is your opportunity to choose the benefits that fit your life and goals for 2026. Take time to explore your options, think about what you and your family may need in the year ahead, and make your selections with confidence. We're here to support you every step of the way.

Take advantage of your decision-making tools, review the 2026 plan information materials, and then complete enrollment in myHR, even if you are waiving coverage. 

Key Enrollment Dates

  • Oct 2025: 2026 plan information will be released and posted on this site
  • Nov 3 – Nov 21, 2025: Your window for enrolling in 2026 benefits 
  • January 1, 2026: Enrollment in the Gallagher 401(k) becomes available 
  • March 1 – March 15, 2026: Enrollment in the Gallagher ESPP is available for the 2Q offering period

The My Money Guide Financial Wellbeing Program offers financial coaches through Ayco who are well-versed in Gallagher’s benefit plans. They can help you understand the options available to you and choose 2026 benefits that fit your personal needs and budget.

ALEX

ALEX is an easy-to-use, interactive online decision-support tool that can show you which benefit options might be well matched to your needs. ALEX can also create side-by-side estimates of how much you might pay under each of Gallagher's three medical plan options.

Live Forums

Enrollment Process

You don’t have to be at the office or connected to Gallagher’s systems to enroll or use other myHR features. At Gallagher, benefits enrollment is a simple two-step process:

  1. First, you will complete your core enrollment through myHR. After logging in, select the Benefits icon from the homepage. There, you will enter the individuals you wish to cover as a dependent on your plans. Then, you will  pick your plans and add dependents you wish to cover.
  2. Next, you will be linked to the Prudential site to enroll in or decline Voluntary AD&D Insurance, apply for Optional Term Life Insurance, and designate beneficiaries for Company-Provided Life/AD&D insurance and any voluntary options you chose. 
  3. Lastly, you will enroll in Group Personal Excess Liability Insurace (GPEL) and submit your annual premium through a separate enrollment site.

Beneficiary Designation

Designating a beneficiary ensures that your benefits go to the right person if something happens to you. It’s a simple action that can have a big impact on the people you care about most. 

Here’s when you can update or designate a beneficiary for your Gallagher Benefits. 

  • Health Savings Account: Any time after your account has been set up and verified with HSABank
  • Company-Provided Life and AD&D Insurance: During your benefits enrollment and any time thereafter
  • Optional Term Life Insurance: During your benefits enrollment and any time thereafter
  • Voluntary AD&D Insurance: During your benefits enrollment and any time thereafter
  • 401(k) Plan: When you enroll in the plan on or after January 1, 2026 or any time thereafter
