Benefits selected or confirmed during 2026 enrollment cannot be changed mid-year except in certain qualified circumstances.

Enrollment Process
You don’t have to be at the office or connected to Gallagher’s systems to enroll or use other myHR features. At Gallagher, benefits enrollment is a simple two-step process:
- First, you will complete your core enrollment through myHR. After logging in, select the Benefits icon from the homepage. There, you will enter the individuals you wish to cover as a dependent on your plans. Then, you will pick your plans and add dependents you wish to cover.
- Next, you will be linked to the Prudential site to enroll in or decline Voluntary AD&D Insurance, apply for Optional Term Life Insurance, and designate beneficiaries for Company-Provided Life/AD&D insurance and any voluntary options you chose.
- Lastly, you will enroll in Group Personal Excess Liability Insurace (GPEL) and submit your annual premium through a separate enrollment site.

Beneficiary Designation
Designating a beneficiary ensures that your benefits go to the right person if something happens to you. It’s a simple action that can have a big impact on the people you care about most.
Here’s when you can update or designate a beneficiary for your Gallagher Benefits.
- Health Savings Account: Any time after your account has been set up and verified with HSABank
- Company-Provided Life and AD&D Insurance: During your benefits enrollment and any time thereafter
- Optional Term Life Insurance: During your benefits enrollment and any time thereafter
- Voluntary AD&D Insurance: During your benefits enrollment and any time thereafter
- 401(k) Plan: When you enroll in the plan on or after January 1, 2026 or any time thereafter
Tenure Accommodation
Your service tenure with AssuredPartners (AP), defined as the period of employment between your original hire date at AP and December 31, 2025, will be applied toward any tenure-based eligibility or vesting requirements in Gallagher benefit plans.
