Company Holidays

Gallagher provides paid holidays to regular full-time and part-time employees.

Part-time or full-time employees who work less than 5 days per week are eligible for holiday pay only if the holiday falls on a day they are regularly scheduled to work.

Temporary workers and casual hours employees are not eligible for holiday pay.

Each December, a holiday schedule will be issued for the upcoming year. Based on the day of the week that designated holidays fall on, additional optional days may be available to you. This allows you to observe other religious or ethnic holidays, or any other day of your choice that has not been included in our holiday schedule.
